Be fully present

Studies have shown that despite wanting to live in the moment, most people are only fully present about 50% of the time.

And when you think about it, between work, kids, social lives, social media, cooking dinner, taking care of yourself, and trying to stay hydrated, it really feels like distractions are everywhere. How can you be fully present for anything?

Today, take a moment to breathe.

Sure, your body does it on its own but when you feel yourself becoming overwhelmed or trying to do 12 things with two hands, stop and breathe.

The 12 things will still be there right after. But in that moment, you’ll have the time to be present and decide what’s worth your time, what needs attention this second and what can wait until you’re able to do it.

Relax and enjoy the moment.
