Be silly

Mark Twain once said, “the human race has only one really effective weapon, and that is laughter.”

And while it’s great to have people who make you laugh, you don’t always need to rely on outside influences.

Today, your one health goal is to be silly enough to make yourself laugh.

Maybe you feel like being silly doesn’t come naturally to you. Somewhere along the road we all learn to be a little more serious as adults, but you’re still a kid at heart.

When was the last time you really let yourself go and didn’t care what others thought?

Sometimes the most memorable moments we can experience are those that happen when we step outside of our normal boundaries and do something totally unexpected.

Go crazy! Release all the negativity and stress of the week and be a goofball.
