Dance like no one’s watching

Dance has always been an outlet for creative expression – but the benefits go beyond that. Dancing releases endorphins that can make you happy, energized, and reduce stress while having a great time.

Remember being a kid? And dancing all over the house. Dancing to your own music. Maybe your kids do that today, too.

Well it’s time to release your inner child. After work, put on one song that you know will get you going. Blast it or put it on in your headphones. And just let it all go. Dance the night away or at least the three minutes of the song.
