Leave one positive review
A lot of us have left a negative review for a restaurant after a bad experience. You feel like itβs your obligation to tell others how terrible the fish was and how long the server took to get it to you.
But what about a positive review?
Studies have shown that a negative experience is more likely to produce a review from a person than a positive one. And that could have something to do with how focused we tend to be on bad experiences and negative thinking.
This week β write a positive review.
Just one.
Go to Yelp or any other review site and write about a positive experience you had. Yes, it will help the business but more importantly, it will push you to focus your energy on to a good memory or a pleasant time you had.
And as we now know, positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your physical health.
So, get to writing! It could benefit you the most.
