Lose a bad habit

Today, challenge yourself to identify a bad habit you picked up along the way. It could be big, it could be just a small nuisance. Either way, one probably pops into your head pretty quickly.

No one is expecting you to find a way to solve it today but the first step to resolution is admittance.

Whether it’s smoking or biting your nails, kicking a bad habit requires motivation and consistency, among many other positive behaviors that can be learned through the process.

In return, studies have shown that things like reduced sugar intake from dropping a soda habit can improve your ability to think clearly, and watching less TV can increase your lifespan.

All of the positive can come from the first step of identifying the negative – and figuring out how to slowly but surely make changes to solve it.
