One bite at a time
We all love eating but tend to rush through our meals, forgetting that the sooner you eat it, the sooner it’s gone.
Well, remember what your mom used to say and slow down!
Some studies now show that eating slowly and with intention, can help support weight loss – and the fight to keep it off.
Today, challenge yourself to eat slowly. Take your time. Take a sip of water in between bites. Whatever you have to do to be more mindful of how quickly you’re finishing your meal.
Don’t feel obligated to finish everything on your plate if you’re finding that you’re fuller faster. Be deliberate with what you are putting into your body.
If you notice your body digesting better and feeling good, try to make this a habit!
