When your brain is listening to music, it lights up like a Christmas tree. Music can allow us to quite literally fall into our own ‘rhythm’ while regulating our mood, helping us focus and increase our confidence: all things we need to stay active.

Today, blast your music loud. Doesn’t matter what it is. Make sure you have some good headphones and take them out for a spin. Try bringing them to the gym or just taking a walk around your neighborhood.
