Show your love some love

Expressing affection to those we care for makes all involved feel very, very good.

Today, your mission is to show some love to someone you love.

Whether it’s saying “I love you”, writing a letter, sending a text to show you’re thinking of them, giving a hug, holding hands, snuggling after a long day of work, or doing a favor to show you care – no matter what it is, the benefits of affection will be felt for both of you.

You can even go a step further and take a test online to learn their love language and express your affection in the way they might appreciate it most.

Outside of the emotional benefits, on a chronic level, showing affection can contribute to lower blood pressure which in turn lowers our risk of heart disease and even digestive disorders.
