Take breakfast outside

Most of us wish for a few more chances in the day to get outside and breathe the fresh air, so why not get double the benefits and eat your breakfast outside?

This week, take some opportunities to sit out on the porch, on a park bench – anywhere you can find.

Eating breakfast helps with hunger attacks later, helps our blood sugar stabilize and gives us more energy. Taking it outdoors is like taking an extra multivitamin with your eggs.

Research has shown people need what nature provides. It lowers our stress levels, our blood pressure and raises our immune system.
